All the apartments are orientated around the atrium to maximise natural light and the internal atrium circulation space is perfect for a subtropical climate.
Cross flow ventilation is also available to all apartments. And the interiors reflect a high quality of finishes within an eco smart design.
The balconies have a balance of privacy and open space with a mixture of semi-transparent fixed screens on sections of the façade and the remaining area left open for light, air and views.

Furthermore, the award winning master plan of the Urban Village and it’s proximity to the city has caught the attention of many owner occupiers and investors alike.
